I came to SWSS with a back injury from a really bad water ski crash. I was skeptical that any doctors office would understand my injury due to the nature and the issues I was having- post accident. From the first call I made to the receptionist I was proven wrong. Then again with the x-ray technician, the physical and massage therapist and the doctor. Everyone took the time to listen, understand my sport and the type of accident I had and put me on a great recovery plan. My favorite part of this office is everyone's friendly personalities and their passion and knowledge for what they do. A close second though, is their approach to care taking. I really liked and respected their team approach, diagnosis and action plan to get me back on the water. All-in-all a world class team!

My back was really hurting and I didn't know what to do. I came to SWSS and began spinal rehabilitation because my friend recommended them to me. Auto Accident Rehabilitation

"Massage skills that are out of this world..."
After 5 years in chronic pain, Dr. Warde and his friendly staff have me on the path of well being. With Dr. Warde's understanding and medical knowledge, he was able to diagnose my back, neck and shoulder problems, and his staff is amazing. Tony has taught me great stretching exercises, and his massage skills are out of this world! All of the staff is always there to help with whatever situation, making you feel like you're always with friends.

When I first started going to a chiropracter, I was a little leary from stories I had heard from other people. Now after going for close to three months, I know how much I would have suffered without the treatment. Now, I would recommend getting chiropractic treatment to anyone. Trying chiropractic a couple of times will give others, like it did myself, the opportunity to realize what a help they actually are. I'm now positive Dr. Warde and his staff took a lot of my pain away. Not only would I recommend trying a chiropractic treatment, but I would also recommend trying this at Southwest Spine and Sport. Their staff is very kind, truly helpful and sincerely care about each patient.

I had been in a hit and run accident and after that I started having constant headaches and migraines. My lower back and neck hurt 90% of the time. "I am Feeling good..."
My daughter referred me to Dr. Warde. Great Staff! I felt terrible before I started care, and had frequent migraines and neck pain. I didn't have much range of motion with my neck. I noticed a huge difference soon after starting therapy. My headaches are very infrequent now and I am feeling good! I would definitely recommend Dr. Warde to anybody who is in pain of any kind! He is very good!

I am a 38 yr old mother of two children. I was diagnosed with reflex sympathetic dystrophy in 94. I averaged 12 migraines a month and had severe chronic pain all of the time. After starting tretment with Dr. Warde, my pain levels decreased dramaticaly and so did my migraines. I was able to stop taking my migraine medications! Dr. Warde's natural treatments are more effective than my medications were! Thank you for making me feel like a normal mom! My children thank you too!

"I refused to accept the idea that surgery was the only option..."
I had what started as mild pain in my upper back and neck but I avoided going to my chiropractor for about 6 months because I did not want to spend the money. Then I started having a tingling pain in 3 fingers of my right hand that became constant. My regular chiropractor could do nothing for me beyond temporary relief. He told me that I was past the point where adjustments could help and nothing at this point could be done but surgery to fuse 3 vertebra in my neck and I had to do it soon, or expect more complications.
I refused to accept the idea that surgery was the only option. I explained my situation to Dr. Warde. After an exam and review of my current xrays, followed by a regime of deep tissue massage, adjustments and traction for a few weeks, the tingling pain was gone. That was over 3 years ago! I have been pain free, without surgery ever since.

I love Southwest Spine and Sport! I have been coming in every week for massage therapy and spinal adjustments. I work a physical job. My chiropractors keep me out of pain and able to work. Massage therapist knows what my muscles and tendons need and that helps me relax! Without my massage therapist and chiropractic doctors, my neck and left shoulder would freeze up and I would be in serious pain. They keep me smiling at Southwest Spine and Sport!

"I recommend anyone with pain to give this a try."
I had severe back problems when I started coming to Southwest Spine and Sport. Problems including bulging discs, bone spurs, and bone loss. I was put on a program for spinal decompression. I am only about half way through and I have progressed extremely well. Everyone here is so nice, I recommend anyone with pain to give this a try. It is the best thing I have done!
